Sentinel Process Systems, Inc. offers 4-ply wire-reinforced mandrel-wrapped silicone hoses ideal for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, biopharma and food processing industries. The hose liner consists of platinum-cured, low-volatile silicone, reinforced with multiple plies of polyester fabric mesh, and is available with or without a SS helix wire for vacuum capabilities. The manufacturing process of curing all the hose components results in a robust and durable product.

Our wire-reinforced silicone hoses features a smooth, cleanable cover. Inside diameters range from 1/2 to 4 inches and can handle a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Working pressures vary from 100 PSI for the 4-inch hose to 150 PSI for the 1/2-inch hose.

These hoses meet the standards of USP Class VI, ISO, FDA and European Pharmacopeia.
