    Unpigmented PTFE Smooth Bore, Stainless Steel Overbraid, White Platinum Cured Silicone

    Sentinel Process Systems, Inc. offers a silicone covered hose lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) that is exceptional for high-purity use in the biotech, pharmaceutical and food processing industries. The hose consists of smooth-bore, unpigmented PTFE with a stainless steel overbraid, and  white platinum cured silicone cover. The interior and exterior of the hose are simple to clean and will not transmit taste or odor to transferred substances.


    We also offer a conductive version of this hose that helps reduce static buildup during transfer.


    The inside diameters of our PTFE lined silicone covered hoses extend from 1/4 to 3 inches, with working pressures ranging from 220 to 1100 PSI. The maximum operating temperature for all sizes is 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
