Sentinel Process Systems, Inc. supplies a stainless hose lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) that's perfect for high-purity applications with pressure, chemical and temperature extremes. The durable design consists of a flexible, smooth bore liner with a braided stainless cover.

The inside diameters of our PTFE lined stainless hoses range from 1/8 to 1 1/8 inches. Working pressures vary from 630 PSI for the 1 1/8-diameter hose to 3260 PSI for the 1/8-inch hose. The maximum operating temperature for all sizes is 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

This hose design also comes in convoluted, conductive and high-pressure custom versions.
