Due to increasing demand for our products used by our Biotech, Pharmaceutical and Cell & Gene Therapy research and manufacturing customers, we’re expanding!  We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to help our organization be more successful. This person will work with our internal resources as well as contractors to perform highly effective sales and marketing functions.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Executive Management Team in a variety of projects and tasks.
  • Help the VP Sales & Marketing and other internal stakeholders develop and publish effective collateral online and in print.
  • Assist in the management of our five websites and Social Media platforms by updating content and tracking website analytics data. 
  • Constantly and consistently build the brands and our culture – internally and externally.
  • Facilitate management of Contact Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Organize all aspects of regional and national trade shows and exhibitions. 
  • Assist the sales team and management with any administrative requirements as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

  • 2-3 years’ experience in any marketing function within an industrial setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing related discipline or equivalent/applicable experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite of products (especially Excel and Power Point), CRM systems
  • Knowledge of various business to business marketing techniques and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Some knowledge of WordPress website editing and content development.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate learned materials to train employees.
  • Self-starter who works with a sense of urgency and acts as a good team player working with other disciplines.  Can also work independently with proper instruction and minimal oversight.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness to roll-up-sleeves and multi-task to thrive in small-to-mid size organizational environment.
  • Has the tenacity and fortitude to keep projects on track even while relying on others for their input
