Return Policy (Warranty Returns)

Sentinel Process Systems Inc represents many Manufacturing Partners providing engineered products for high-purity applications. Each of our Partners have their own unique Return policy. In the unfortunate event of a warranty issue please contact Sentinel to determine the specific warranty policy and process.

Return Policy (Non-Warranty Returns or Exchanges)

  • Only standard products can be returned. Products that are custom fabricated are considered final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Product must be returned in original condition without being used or damaged
  • Shipping charges to return products to Sentinel will be the Buyer’s responsibility. The original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • How to initiate a return or exchange:
    • Contact Sentinel Sales/Customer Service to obtain an RMA
    • Information required to process an RMA includes:
      • Buyer’s PO or Sentinel’s Invoice number
      • Part numbers and quantity of each part number to be returned
      • Reason for return or exchange
      • Confirmation product has not been used or damaged
  • Product to be returned shall be held at the Buyer’s premise until RMA has been granted by Sentinel. Any return made prior to the RMA being granted will not be accepted and freight to/from Sentinel will be the Buyer’s responsibility.
  • All product must have the approved RMA number on the paperwork.
  • Product will be inspected by Sentinel to confirm unused and undamaged condition. Customer will be notified of any product rejected by Sentinel that will not be eligible to be returned (ie: used or damaged product).  Customer will be responsible for disposition of rejected product.
  • A restocking fee will apply and be determined at time of issuance of RMA.
