SONOTEC IL.52 Inline Flow Sensor

SONOTEC’s SONOFLOW IL.52 measures the flow rate of liquids in plastic tubes quickly and reliably using ultrasonic measurement. These highly accurate ultrasonic inline sensors are perfect when ultra-low flow rates need to be measured. The IL.52 sensor is resistant to high temperature and allow a variety of cleaning methods to reduce the risk of product holdover and cross contamination.
