Sentinel Team Completes Company-Wide Training Focused on Ownership and Continuous Improvement

That mindset is reflected in one of Sentinel’s 31 Fundamentals: “Be Relentless About Improvement.” This principle challenges us to regularly evaluate every aspect of our company — from internal processes to communication, leadership, and customer support — so we can continue finding better, faster, and more effective ways to serve.

As part of that commitment, Sentinel recently held a full-day, offsite company-wide training session facilitated by Jenna Dillon, PCC, of Executive Performance Institute for Coaching. The interactive workshop focused on strengthening ownership, accountability, leadership, communication, and team effectiveness across the organization.

Every Sentinel employee participated in the session, which explored practical ways to improve prioritization, decision-making, role clarity, coordination, and proactive execution. The training also helped create a shared language around ownership — encouraging team members to think beyond tasks and focus on outcomes.

The workshop served as a valuable opportunity for our team to step back, learn together, and walk away with tools that can be applied in our day-to-day interactions with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
