The M100 SM is an easy to install, sensor mount transmitter for the analog or digital integration of ISM sensors into a biocontroller‘s programmable logic controller. The M100 is a single-channel transmitter that allows the connection on biocontrollers of 1-wire ISM sensors for measuring pH, DO and CO2 or ISM RS485 optical oxygen sensors. The M100 SM has a BlueTooth 4.0 interface which is compatible with the PC-based and mobile versions of iSense software. Two independent interfaces are implemented: two configurable 4/20 mA analog outputs and one digital MODBUS RTU. On-board LEDs clearly indicate sensor status, alarms and warnings. ISM’s Plug and Measure feature minimizes the risk of installation trouble and simplifies sensor handling.
The multi-parameter M300 Water and M300 Process transmitter series’ for pH / ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity / resistivity and ozone measurements offer exceptional measurement performance as well as excellent user ergonomics. The high contrast black and white touchscreen together with the harmonized menu structure for all parameters, facilitates navigation and ensures easy and user-friendly operation. Online diagnostics information allows you to schedule sensor maintenance or replacement. The clearly visible diagnostic information lets you know when it is time to do maintenance or calibration of sensors equipped with Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) technology. Transmitter configuration using the Transmitter Configuration Tool (TCT) can be uploaded to the M300 via PC or a USB stick.
A configuration can be downloaded from the M300 to USB stick for use on another unit. The USB interface can also be used for data logging.
The multi-parameter M400 transmitter series features Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM®) technology and covers pH / ORP, oxygen (dissolved or in gas), dissolved carbon dioxide, conductivity or GPro® 500 TDL depending on the model you choose. The high contrast black and white touchscreen together with four soft keys, allows you to operate the transmitter in the harshest applications without compromising user ergonomics. The mixed-mode input functionality allows connection of analog or digital ISM sensors. Online diagnostics information lets you know when it is time to replace, maintain or calibrate sensors equipped with ISM technology. The HART communication protocol provides easy integration of sensor diagnostics into process control systems.

The M800 multi-parameter transmitter provides simultaneous monitoring of one, two or four in-line sensors for measurement of pH / ORP, optical DO, amperometric oxygen (DO as well as O2 gas), conductivity, CO2 and turbidity in process applications. The Profinet™ and Ethernet / IP™ interfaces provide easy integration of sensor diagnostics tools into process control systems, reduce commissioning time and engineering support, and save integration efforts and costs. Digital communication within the loop, plus real-time measurements and sensor diagnostic, provides greater process reliability and lowers maintenance costs. Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM®) features in the M800 include Plug and Measure for fast sensor installation and start up, predictive maintenance information and dynamic sensor lifetime status. The M800 line is available also in a hygienic version with stainless steel housing.
