Screen Gaskets

This gasket design uses a mesh screen and aids in removing particulate matter suspended in the fluid.
Used frequently to protect fill and finish sterile products, spray balls and spray nozzles by filtering out any contaminates. Also used when welding lines to catch weld slag.
Typical materials: Buna, fkm/Viton™, EPDM, PTFE/Teflon®, Silicone
Mesh: 316L Stainless Steel mesh with standard sizes from #4 mesh to #125 mesh (# mesh = openings/inch) and optional sintered or filter cloth welded to mesh down to 2 micron.
Sizes available: 1/2” up to 8”
