Sentinel Process offers Single-Use Bottle Assemblies available in Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-modified (PETG) for complete and reliable fluid transfer and storage. Perfect for single-use applications and to phase out costly stainless steel apparatuses that are expensive to clean and validate.

Bottle Size: 60ml, 125ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1L, 2L
Bottle Material: Copolyester PETG, crystal clear for optical monitoring
Tube material: TPE or Silicone
Tube size: Dip tube line – 1/8” ID x ¼” OD; Vent line – ¼” ID to 7/16” OD
Vent Filters: 25mm .2µm hydrophobic PVDF membrane provides superior gamma stability and ensures a higher degree of sterility assurance
Cap: White HDPE
One-piece molded stopper to ensure barrier seal integrity
Secure and stable clamps
Connectors: AseptiQuik or polypropylene plug supplied on outlet of siphon tube
Forked siphon tubing for maximum drainability
Assembled and packaged in an ISO Class 7 Clean Room
