Excalibur’s Stainless Steel Single-Use Pinch Valves offer a more robust, longer life alternate to using low cost plastic pinch clamps or valves.  These Pinch Valves are designed to handle the unique requirements in Process Development and Production.

Fluid Line 2-Way Pinch Valve is available in three different designs:

1. Standard Pinch Valve – for use with existing standard silicone tubing (1/8” to 1”)
2. ID Element Pinch Valves – features a replaceable Silicone Element with sanitary clamp ends to match the dimensions of standard silicone tubing (1/8” to 1”)
3. OD Element Pinch Valves – features a replaceable Silicone Element with sanitary clamp ends to match the dimensional standards of stainless steel tube applications (1/4” to 1”)

Fluid Line 3-Way and 4-Way Pinch Valve are available in the ID and OD Element designs.
