Technical Sales Opportunity – only Rain Makers need apply…

Is your current role allowing you to grow, expand, learn, and leverage your capabilities to achieve great success in sales?

Sentinel Process Systems, Inc.’s purpose is to help our customers deliver life improving technologies by delivering innovative solutions with legendary service.  Specifically, we help our pharmaceutical and biotech customers research, develop and manufacture therapies and cures for disease.  We provide these customers with components and equipment used in their R&D and manufacturing areas to produce biological therapies and vaccines.

We are seeking a top-notch sales professional, preferably with a technical degree or a successful background in industrial and/or equipment sales.  If you don’t have an engineering or life sciences degree, but you’ve had great success in any of these areas, you will be strongly considered.  If you have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or research environment and have considered a transition to a sales role, we need to talk.  This is a technical sales position where your ability to learn is very important.  In most cases, a successful sale at Sentinel involves delivering a consultative, engineered solution.

You will be our point person managing existing customer relationships as well as finding and developing new client relationships within those existing customers for our range of market-leading products.  Being “customer-centric” is the focus of our entire culture – and it starts with the front-line, technical sales team.  Visiting clients (virtually or in-person) having technical meetings and convincing them our solution is better than their “current state” is ultimately, about 50% of the job.

The focus of this job is on achieving results which are aligned with Sentinel’s strategic growth goals.  Initiative, coupled with a competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on details and results despite changing conditions, is the key to success in this role.

Layered on top of being one of the premier suppliers of single use assemblies and process equipment solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, we’re also considered a great place to work.  We pride ourselves on being family-oriented, supportive, and having a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.  Sentinel is a place where an individual contributor to the success of the business is highly coveted and heavily rewarded.

The job requires you to act independently while strengthening your team, have a sense of urgency, and the confidence to handle a variety of challenges while delivering legendary service. The emphasis is on results, and using effective systems that achieve results, as well as having high personal standards of achievement.  Although the job is challenging, it provides tremendous growth opportunities as well as recognition and rewards for the achievement of our business results.

If you’re ready to take the next step and propel your career forward, we are ready, willing, and incredibly able to help you.  If working for a company and becoming the next rock star excites you – we’re waiting to start the process.  If this opportunity is right for you and you see yourself growing at a faster rate than in your current role, send us your resume along with a half-page write-up of your most significant accomplishments in creating long-term “Raving Fans”.
