The SPS Way

At Sentinel, we set ourselves apart in how we treat our customers, collaborate with our partners, and team members, and achieve exceptional results. These distinctions are embodied in our Core Values and The SPS Way – our 31 Fundamentals that form the behavioral foundation of these values.

Every week begins with a companywide message from one of our team members, celebrating the new, weekly Fundamental (this week’s listed below).  They relate their experiences and how it connects to one of our 5 Core Values. In addition, at every meeting with three or more team members, we discuss and debate this week’s Fundamental. Additionally, we offer quarterly cash incentives through various fun internal competitions to encourage “living” our Core Values and Fundamentals. 

By adhering to our Core Values and practicing these Fundamental behaviors, we can consistently Provide Legendary Service (#8) and Deliver Results (#3) in every interaction. These 31 Fundamentals are where the “rubber meets the road” every day. They are equally important and together, they capture the behaviors essential to fostering and maintaining Sentinel’s unique and winning culture.
